Proya Cosmetics has been invited by Beauty Cluster, Spain's largest cosmetics, fragrance and personal care cluster, to become the first Chinese cosmetics enterprise participating in Beauty Innovation Days. Proya's Chief Scientific Advisor and Vice President of the European Innovation Center, Dr. Lieve Declercq, delivered an inspiring speech at the Beauty Innovation Days on February 21, interpreting the industry's innovative vitality through the lens of Proya.
