Recently, Proya's Sustainable Development Plan Implementation Program Training Session was held at our headquarters in Hangzhou, and about 50 people from the ESG Implementation Team and other relevant departments participated in the session. This is not the first time Proya conducted sustainability-related training. As early as in June and July this year, Proya provided systematic training on the sustainability concept and ESG management targeted on the ESG Management Committee and the mid-or upper-level management, respectively.
At this training session, Proya again introduced the interconnection between sustainable development and ESG, as well as the basic situation and development trend of ESG investment at home and abroad. The session also summarized Proya's achievements in sustainable development and ESG management during 2021-2022, and provided an outlook on Proya's ESG management practices. In addition, a detailed interpretation on Proya's Sustainable Development Strategic Plan (2022-2025) was made, including the key topic analysis, case studies on peers and follow-up action suggestions for departments.
This training has made Proya's management and key employees from each department better understand the sustainable development concept and ESG management. They now have a clearer idea about how to further the implementation of Proya's Sustainable Development Strategic Plan (2022-2025) efficiently. Proya continues to integrate ESG into daily operations to gradually increase employees’ ESG awareness. Looking ahead, Proya will remain committed to integrating sustainability planning with ESG practices to enhance ESG management. Our aim is to become a world-class ESG brand which embodies the essence of the cosmetics industry.
