Proya's Integrity Initiative is described as follows.
Sunlight is the best "disinfectant" and also a positive source of energy that powers everything. The sun emits sunlight, dispersing darkness. If we take this to a metaphorical level, we can also "fill our hearts" with sunshine, thus fostering an ethical and transparent corporate culture. Proya expects every employee to embrace the corporate mission of enabling a beautiful and better life while upholding integrity and noble values. We shall abide by all relevant laws, regulations, and workplace ethics, just as flowing water washes away impurities. Let us embrace the sunlight and thrive.
For the past two decades, Proya has steadfastly followed compliance management principles and maintained a commitment to doing what is right. We have established a transparent, ethical, and upright internal environment and a "sunshine ecosystem" with our consumers, partners, and employees. Having released the Integrity and Self-Discipline Initiative and the Code of Conduct for Integrity, we established an integrity and compliance system that facilitates personal and corporate development. The eight "high-voltage lines" stated in the Code of Conduct for Integrity define behaviors that are at odds with Proya's culture and values. These rules are also the ethical lines that shall not be crossed in order to maintain an honest and fair workplace.
During this Integrity Campaign Week, let us strive together to comply with the following code of conduct.
1. We encourage honesty while resisting any form of dishonesty. We shall not provide false information, conceal information, or fabricate reports. We shall not partake in fraudulent transactions or engage in misleading advertising for improper gains.
2. We prioritize integrity and morality while resisting commercial bribery. We shall not solicit or accept any form of improper benefits. We are also prohibited from offering bribes to others under any pretense.
3. We are dedicated to compliance and risk management while opposing unauthorized disclosures. We shall abide by our national and corporate confidentiality policies. We shall not obtain, disclose, use, or allow the improper use of Proya's trade secrets by any means.
4. We advocate for the fair and transparent exercise of power while opposing the misappropriation of assets and financial resources. We shall not use our positions to misappropriate or embezzle assets or properties belonging to our company, customers, or suppliers for personal gain.
5. We value business compliance while standing against unfair competition. We shall not conduct any business activities that compete with Proya. We shall not independently operate or participate in any business that competes with Proya.
6. We promote fair trade while opposing conflicts of interest. If these actions have not been reported, our employees shall not have any business interactions with affiliated parties who have conflicts of interest with Proya, nor engage in any business activities that compete with our company.
7. We focus on maintaining our reputation while stopping the spread of negative public opinion. We shall not generate, comment on, disseminate, or spread negative information or false rumors on social media platforms that may fuel negative public sentiment on the Internet and damage Proya's reputation.
8. We support information disclosure while opposing insider trading. We shall not engage in illicit securities trading using insider information. We are also not allowed to collude or conspire with others to manipulate the market for improper gains or to evade industry regulations.
