This summer, with curiosity and longing for the leading domestic beauty brand, 12 teams of children from eight remote areas started a three-month study tour. Working in groups, they independently chose their study themes and planned their travel itineraries. With support from PROYA, they successfully embarked on a journey of "going somewhere faraway". They arrived at PROYA to experience being "little interns". Two carefully planned study tour routes, "Initial Career Enlightenment as a Little Intern" and "Exploring the Story Behind a Cosmetics Product", provided fresh and valuable experiential learning opportunities.
Since the launch of the project, a total of 36 PROYA employees enthusiastically signed up to become volunteers. After undergoing strict matching and examinations, 14 individuals were ultimately paired with 14 teams for the journey. Wearing the blue cultural shirts of the PROYA Foundation, they silently guarded each team's adventure. In addition to accompanying the journey, PROYA employees also shared their own first long-distance travel experiences through a cultural interview titled "My First Time Going Somewhere Faraway".
The "PROYA Youth" public welfare study tour project is a warm manifestation of PROYA's commitment to charity and public service, and it is also another beautiful demonstration of PROYA and its members' adherence to a culture of gratitude. From deeply implementing ESG principles, demonstrating responsibility and commitment, to embracing a spirit of gratitude and engaging in public welfare and charity, PROYA's flowers of gratitude continue to bloom in areas such as environmental protection, education poverty alleviation, women's empowerment, and humanitarian aid.
