From May 13 to 17, PROYA held the "Integrity Talk" Integrity and Compliance Promotion Week. Through a variety of online and offline methods, the company organized activities such as themed training, knowledge corridor exhibitions, fun games, knowledge tests, and topic check-ins. The aim was to strengthen employees' awareness of integrity and compliance, promote a corporate culture centered around these values, and drive the company's healthy, high-quality, and sustainable development.
During the event, PROYA conducted themed presentations on topics like "Live Streaming Business Sharing," "Revisions to the Company Law and New Changes in Corporate Governance," "Recent Cases of Internal Audit Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement," and "Employee Integrity and Compliance." These presentations, through case analysis, theoretical explanation, and policy interpretation, were designed to convey the concept of integrity and compliance, enhancing employees' awareness of integrity and self-discipline.
Meanwhile, the company established "Integrity and Compliance" knowledge corridors in the PROYA headquarters building, PROYA Huzhou factory, and Longwu R&D Center. Through guided tours and explanations, the latest policies and knowledge on integrity and compliance were popularized, further advancing the implementation of the company's culture of integrity and compliance.
A series of engaging and creative activities were organized to combine the essence of integrity culture with entertainment, making the learning experience both enjoyable and educational. Activities included DIY of the word "integrity," idiom guessing through emojis, music recognition challenges, and movie guessing by characters. Additionally, employees watched films centered on integrity.
The organizers also launched courseware on "Comprehensive Knowledge Learning on Integrity and Compliance" and "Employee Integrity and Compliance," requiring all employees to participate in the learning and complete the knowledge quiz, integrating integrity and compliance knowledge into the minds of every PROYA member.
During the event, the "I Advocate for Integrity" mailbox submission channel was opened. Employees were encouraged to participate in the topic check-in, publish integrity declarations, and spread the concept of "Integrity and Compliance," allowing the "flower of integrity" to blossom.
