On December 9, the 2024 Consumption Creativity Conference, organized by People’s Daily, took place in Beijing. During the conference, the “2024 Consumption Creativity Cases” were announced, and PROYA was successfully selected for its case titled “Advocating Green Consumption: The Sustainable Development Path of Domestic Beauty Brands.”
In recent years, PROYA has actively responded to the national call for the development of green and low-carbon industries, adopting “Beauty Coexists with Nature, Moving Towards the Future” as its core philosophy for sustainable development. Through technological innovation, management optimization, and policy guidance, PROYA is comprehensively promoting low-carbon environmental protection and quality enhancement & consumption reduction across its entire industry chain.
On the industry front, PROYA plays a pivotal role in the entire supply chain by optimizing procurement strategies and prioritizing environmentally friendly materials, such as sustainably sourced paper, palm oil, eco-friendly inks, and coatings, to reduce the environmental burden during production. Notably, PROYA Huzhou Branch successfully obtained the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) Supply Chain Certification (Mass Balance model) in August this year, initiating the replacement of certified palm oil. This achievement marks a significant breakthrough in PROYA’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and lays a solid foundation for its continued efforts in the green supply chain.
On the consumer front, PROYA continues to advocate for sustainable consumption awareness among consumers, utilizing multiple platforms to promote its refillable products and innovative recycling measures, encouraging consumers to adopt simple, moderate, and low-carbon lifestyles.
Looking ahead, PROYA will deepen its sustainable development strategy, driven by innovation and grounded in green principles, actively promoting the greening transformation of social production and life, and contributing more to the sustainable development of the industry.
